WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our team will work hard to make sure the product is shipped as soon as it is packaged and ready! You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your package is on the way to you. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

RETURNS

You can only ship the product back to us provided it is unopened and the wrapping paper around the mat or active wear has not been compromised in any way. Our eco friendly yoga mats CANNOT be returned, unless the product is damaged. Active wear returns are conditional to damages or sizing errors.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes will not be calculated at checkout. The customer will be fully responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
