the Paper Bag look: SS17 LOOK #2

One of my favorite trends I noticed on the runways of top brands, such as Balmain & Stella McCartney, is the paper bag trousers. It’s all about loose fabric tied relatively high up on the waist, creating a slim silhouette & an elegant look.

This trend suits me specifically because it diverts the eye to my upper body as the pants are tied tightly to accentuate the waist. I paired these statement pants with a tight bodysuit. I finished the look with some loafers as this toned it down & made it a little more casual. There are many ways to take the trends off the runways and make it something you can wear from day to day, & that’s what I tried to achieve in this look.

I’m dedicating this post to some people who are extremely important in my life.

I want to share how vital it is to remember all those who have been by your side since the beginning, those who will support you unconditionally & those who will stick with you as a team through everything & anything that life throws at you. These people are rare to find, & I just happen to be lucky that the universe conspired perfectly so that I could meet my best friends here in Israel.

Always take every opportunity to appreciate & thank those special people in your life. It is impossible to know when you will share your last moments together (so morbid) but its the truth. Life’s events are so unexpected & you can’t ride the waves without a solid support system.

Thank you for reading, & please keep on doing so as I have a LOT to say.

my Passion for Photography

April 2014, 15 year old me discovered a burning passion for photography.

So I started up a small photography service and I worked every weekend, earning just the right amount of cash for a teenager. I fell in love with the way that the camera could capture so many different facial expressions and emotions. I fell in love with walking on the streets and seeing something interesting and capturing that moment forever.

Photography has become a big part of my life, it is a way that I can support myself (as a 16 year old) and still do the one thing that I love the most. I think it is essential in life to find your passion and pursue it in the most beneficial way, by making it your career. I can think of nothing better than earning money for simply doing what you love. Continue reading “my Passion for Photography”
